Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Jembatan Bahasa Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Jembatan Bahasa reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice.
Account Terms
- You must be invited to join this program. If you’re interested, email us at hi@jembatanbahasa.com.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Jembatan Bahasa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Affiliate Link
Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You can use this link in your website, email, or other communication means.
Referral fees/commissions
We value our affiliates and want to make sure that you will get the commission you deserve. You will earn referral fees with respect to sales on Jembatan Bahasa services occurring directly through your Special Links. In addition to that, we always ask our students where they hear about Jembatan Bahasa. We pose this question on our registration form and directly before the students start their lessons. If the students mention your website or email, you will still earn your commission.
Payment schedule
Your commission will be transferred to your bank account between day 1 to 5 every month.
Termination
Jembatan Bahasa, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program if the commission was earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.
